Shipping policy

All stock on our store is updated daily across different sales channels so it is accurate to within a few hours. It is very rare that we no longer have an item in stock. Occasionally, rarely, when we physically check an item before shipping we could find its not complete or warrantable, or recently sold on another channel, in which case we would notify you of a delay immediately.

Most orders are shipped the day of order, subject to payments clearing our account.§

Orders under $360 (product value) - flat rate of $8.95 per order

Orders over $360 (product value) - free shipping


All orders are shipped from our own Australian warehouse, in New South Wales, we do NOT drop ship from suppliers.

MyPost

We ship all orders using Australia Post eParcel service as we find it gives the most reliable parcel tracking from Australia Post. eParcel also integrates with Australia Post MyPost which allows you to redirect a parcel, nominate a safe drop place or nominate a Parcel Locker. We will email you a tracking number once Australia Post collects and processes your order at our warehouse.

We recommend customers download and use the MyPost App to track their order. We ship all orders with the 'signature on delivery' service to ensure orders are not fraudulent or stolen before they get to you. With MyPost you will be able to get a delivery window from the App (the day it's onboard for delivery) or a notification if the parcel gets taken to the local Post Office for collection.
